Shipping & Returns

Mountain Chalet is pleased to offer free standard shipping on most orders over $1 within the U.S. Certain large items such as skis are not included. If your order incurs a shipping charge, we will email you for permission before charging your card and shipping your purchase.

Rush shipping is available for a fee. We offer 2 day shipping for $25 or next day shipping for $40.  Again, if your purchase is especially large or heavy and will cost us significantly more to ship, we may need to charge an extra amount, and in that case we will email you for permission before charging your card and shipping your purchase. Rush orders must be placed by 12:00 noon MST in order to ensure they will go out that same day, and shipments are not made on weekends or holidays.

We currently do not accept international orders, and with the exception of gift cards, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

Returns are shipped to Mountain Chalet at the sender’s expense - we offer free shipping one way only.
