RENTAL POLICY
Rental Period:. Select the dates for when you will use the equipment. You are allowed to pick up the day before after 3pm and return the day after your rental period by Noon.
Pick-up: Items become available for pick-up after 3pm the day before a booking starts.
Return: All rental equipment is due before NOON the day after a booking ends. Any equipment returned after noon will be charged the One Day rate for the equipment rented for each day not returned. If the equipment is not returned within three (3) days of the return date, the customer will be charged the full cost of the equipment.
Refund: No refund will be given if equipment is returned earlier than the end date of the equipment reservation.
Cancellation: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the “One Day” rate on all equipment reserved.
Please note: One booking form per customer; each new user needs a new booking form. Users under the age of 18 will need a Parent or Guardian to sign the release form.
